1. INTRODUCTION
   
   1.1  Welcome to the MYREHOM platform run by MYREHOM SDN. BHD. (Company Registration No: 202301007051 (1500972-V)) (individually and collectively, “MYREHOM”, “we”, “us” or “our”). MYREHOM takes its responsibilities under applicable privacy laws and regulations (“Privacy Laws”) seriously and is committed to respecting the privacy rights and concerns of all Users of our MYREHOM website and mobile application (the “Platform”) (we refer to the Platform and the services we provide as described on our Platform collectively as the “Services”). Users refers to a user who registers for an account with us for use of the Platform, including both Customers and Services Providers (individually and collectively, “Users”, “you” or “your”). This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy” or “Policy”) is designed to assist you in understanding how we collect, use, disclose and/or process the data/content you have provided to us and/or we possess about you, whether now or in the future, as well as to assist you in making an informed decision before providing us with any of your data/content.
   
   1.2 “Data” or “data” means data, whether true or not, about an individual who can be identified from that data, or from that data and other information to which an organisation has or is likely to have access. Common examples of data/content could include name, identification number and contact information.
   
   1.3 Content” or “content” means text, graphics, images, music, software, audio, video, information or other materials, including but not limited to profile information, quote requests, service bookings, quotes, chat/message threads, reviews, scheduling and calendar information, and other information or materials available on or through the Platform.
   
   1.4 By using the Services, registering for an account with us, visiting our Platform, or accessing the Services, you acknowledge and agree that you accept the practices, requirements, and/or policies outlined in this Privacy Policy, and you hereby consent to us collecting, using, disclosing and/or processing your data/content as described herein. IF YOU DO NOT CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF YOUR DATA/CONTENT AS DESCRIBED IN THIS PRIVACY POLICY, PLEASE DO NOT USE OUR SERVICES OR ACCESS OUR PLATFORM.
   
   1.5 If we change our Privacy Policy, we will notify you including by posting those changes or the amended Privacy Policy on our Platform. We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time. To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, your continued use of the Services or Platform, including placing of any orders, shall constitute your acknowledgment and acceptance of the changes made to this Privacy Policy.
   
   1.6 This Policy applies in conjunction with other notices, contractual clauses, consent clauses that apply in relation to the collection, storage, use, disclosure and/or processing of your data/content by us and is not intended to override those notices or clauses unless we state expressly otherwise.
   
   1.7 This Policy applies to all Users who use the Services except where expressly stated otherwise.
   
   

2. WHEN WILL MYREHOM COLLECT DATA/CONTENT?
   
   2.1 We will/may collect data/content from you: –
   
   (i) when you register and/or use our Services or Platform, or open an account with us;
   
   (ii) when you submit any form, including, but not limited to, application forms or other forms relating to any of our products and services, whether online or by way of a physical form;
   
   (iii) when you enter into any agreement or provide other documentation or information in respect of your interactions with us, or when you use our products and services;
   
   (iv) when you interact with us, such as via telephone calls (which may be recorded), letters, fax, face-to-face meetings, social media platforms and emails, including when you interact with our customer service agents;
   
   (v) when you use our electronic services, or interact with us via our application or use Services on our Platform. This includes, without limitation, through cookies which we may deploy when you interact with our application or website;
   
   (vi) when you grant permissions on your device to share information with our application or Platform;
   
   (vii) when you link your MYREHOM account with your social media or other external account or use other social media features, in accordance with the provider’s policies;
   
   (viii) when you carry out transactions through our Services;
   
   (ix) when you provide us with feedback or complaints;
   
   (x) when you register for a contest; and/or
   
   (xi) when you submit your data/content to us for any reason.
   
   The above does not purport to be exhaustive and sets out some common instances of when data/content about you may be collected.
   
   2.2 We may collect data/content about you from you, our affiliates, third parties, and from other sources, including without limitation business partners (such as logistics or payment service providers), credit bureaus or scoring agencies, marketing services providers or partners, referral or loyalty programs, other users of our Services or publicly available or governmental sources of data.
   
   2.3 In some situations, you may provide data/content of other individuals to us (such as your family members or friends or persons in your contact list). If you provide us with their data/content, you represent and warrant that you have obtained their consent for their data/content to be processed in accordance with this Policy.
   
   

3. WHAT DATA/CONTENT WILL MYREHOM COLLECT?
   3.1 The data/content that MYREHOM may collect includes but is not limited to:
   (i) name;
   (ii) email address;
   (iii) date of birth;
   (iv) billing and/or delivery address;
   (v) bank account and payment information;
   (vi) telephone number;
   (vii) gender;
   (viii) information sent by or associated with the device(s) used to access our Services or Platform;
   (ix) information about your network, including your contact list when you share permissions on your device, and the people and accounts you interact with;
   (x) photographs or audio or video recordings;
   (xi) government issued identification or other information required for our due diligence, know your customer, identity verification, and/or fraud prevention purposes;
   (xii) marketing and communications data, such as your preferences in receiving marketing from us and third parties, your communication preferences and history of communications with us, our service providers, and other third parties;
   (xiii) usage and transaction data, including details about your searches, orders, the advertising and content you interact with on the Platform, and other products and services related to you;
   (xiv) location data;
   (xv) any other information about the User when the User signs up to use our Services or Platform, and when the User uses the Services or Platform, as well as information related to how the User uses our Services or Platform; and
   (xvi) aggregate data on content the User engages with.
   
   3.2 You agree not to submit any information to us which is inaccurate or misleading, and you agree to inform us of any inaccuracies or changes to such information. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to require further documentation to verify any information provided by you.
   
   

4. COLLECTION OF OTHER DATA
   
   4.1As with most websites and mobile applications, your device sends information which may include data about you that gets logged by a web server when you browse our Platform. This typically includes without limitation your device’s Internet Protocol (IP) address, computer/mobile device operating system and browser type, type of mobile device, the characteristics of the mobile device, the unique device identifier (UDID) or mobile equipment identifier (MEID) for your mobile device, the address of a referring web site (if any), the pages you visit on our website and mobile applications and the times of visit, and sometimes a “cookie” (which can be disabled using your browser preferences) to help the site remember your last visit. If you are logged in, this information is associated with your personal account. The information is also included in anonymous statistics to allow us to understand how visitors use our site.
   
   4.2 Our mobile applications may collect precise information about the location of your mobile device using technologies such as GPS, Wi-Fi, etc. We collect, use, disclose and/or process this information for one or more Purposes including, without limitation, location-based services that you request or to deliver relevant content to you based on your location or to allow you to share your location to other Users as part of the services under our mobile applications. For most mobile devices, you are able to withdraw your permission for us to acquire this information on your location through your device settings. If you have questions about how to disable your mobile device’s location services, please contact your mobile device service provider or the device manufacturer.
   
   4.3 As when you view pages on our website or mobile application, when you watch content and advertising and access other software on our Platform or through the Services, such information may be sent to us (including, without limitation, IP Address, operating system, etc.); but, instead of page views, your device sends us information on the content, advertisement viewed and/or software installed by the Services and the Platform and time.
   
   

5. COOKIES
   
   5.1 We or our authorized service providers and advertising partners may from time to time use “cookies” or other features to allow us or third parties to collect or share information in connection with your use of our Services or Platform. These features help us improve our Platform and the Services we offer, help us offer new services and features, and/or enable us and our advertising partners to serve more relevant content to you, including through remarketing. “Cookies” are identifiers that are stored on your computer or mobile device that record data about the computer or mobile device, how and when the Services or Platform are used or visited, by how many people and other activity within our Platform. We may link cookie information to data/content. Cookies also link to information regarding what items you have selected for purchase and web pages you have viewed. This information is used to keep track of your shopping cart, to deliver content specific to your interests, to enable our third party advertising partners to serve advertisements on sites across the internet, and to conduct data analysis and to monitor usage of the Services.
   
   5.2 You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser or device. However, please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of our Platform or the Services.
   
   

6. HOW DO WE USE THE INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE US?
   
   6.1 We may collect, use, disclose and/or process your data/content for one or more of the following purposes:
   (i) getting connected to Service Providers on the Platform;
   (ii) to enable you to use the services available through the Platform, including registering an account on the Platform and verifying your identity and authority to use our services;
   (iii) for customer support and to respond to your inquiries;
   (iv) for internal record-keeping purposes;
   (v) to administer surveys, lucky draws, promotions, or contests;
   (vi) to track fees and process billing and payment including sharing with third-party payment gateways and payment service providers in connection with the Platform;
   (vii) to improve and maintain the Platform and for product development;
   (viii) to address fraud or safety concerns, or to investigate complaints or suspected fraud or wrongdoing;
   (ix) to periodically send promotional emails regarding new products, special offers, or other information that may interest you;
   (x) to contact you by text message regarding certain services or information you have requested;
   (xi) to contact you by telephone or text message regarding Platform features, improvements, or other products and services that may interest you;
   (xii) tor market research purposes, including, but not limited to, the customization of the Platform according to your interests;
   (xiii) to contact you about goods and services that may interest you or with information about your use of the Platform;
   (xiv) for other research and analytical purposes; and
   (xv) to resolve disputes, to protect ourselves and other Users of the Platform, and to enforce any legal terms that govern your use of the Platform.

   6.2 You acknowledge, consent and agree that MYREHOM may access, preserve and disclose your Account information and Data and Content if required to do so by law or pursuant to an order of a court or by any governmental or regulatory authority having jurisdiction over MYREHOM or in a good faith belief that such access preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (a) comply with legal process; (b) comply with a request from any governmental or regulatory authority having jurisdiction over MYREHOM; (c) enforce the MYREHOM Terms of Service or this Privacy Policy; (d) respond to any threatened or actual claims asserted against MYREHOM or other claim that any Content violates the rights of third parties; (e) respond to your requests for customer service; or (f) protect the rights, property or personal safety of MYREHOM, its users and/or the public.
   
   6.3 As the purposes for which we will/may collect, use, disclose or process your data/content depend on the circumstances at hand, such purpose may not appear above. However, we will notify you of such other purpose at the time of obtaining your consent, unless processing of the applicable data without your consent is permitted by the Privacy Laws.
   
   

7. WHEN WE DISCLOSE YOUR INFORMATION
   
   7.1 Unless otherwise described in this Policy, we may also share the information that we collect from you through the Platform as follows:-
   (i) We may share your information with our affiliates.
   (ii) We may disclose your information to nonaffiliated third-parties based on your consent to do so. Such consent includes the disclosure of your information (a) in order to provide services or products that you have requested (please see below for more details); (b) when we have your permission; or (c) as described in this Policy, our Terms of Use, or any other legal terms governing your use of the Platform.
   (iii) Service Providers. We may provide access to your information to select third-parties who perform services on our behalf. These third-parties provide a variety of services to us including without limitation billing, sales, marketing, advertising, market research, fulfillment, data storage, analysis and processing, identity verification, fraud and safety protection and legal services. As we retain new service providers, we generally seek contractual assurances from these service providers that they will not use your information in any manner other than to help us provide you with the services and products available on our Platform.
   (iv) Legal Requirements. We may disclose your information when required by law or when we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to: (a) comply with court orders, or other legal process we receive; (b) establish or exercise our legal rights including enforcing and administering agreements with Users; or (c) defend against legal claims. If we are required by law to disclose your information, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify you unless (1) we believe in our sole discretion that providing notice could create a risk of injury or death, or that harm or fraud could be directed to us or Users; or (2) we are precluded from providing notice by law. We will attempt to provide the notice by email if you have given us an email address. While you may challenge the disclosure request, please be advised we may still be legally required to turn over your information.
   (v) Protection of MYREHOM and Others. We may disclose your information to whomever necessary when we believe it appropriate to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding possible illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of the Terms of Use or any other legal terms governing use of the Platform, and/or to protect our rights and property and the rights and property of other Users.
   (vi) Business Transfers. As we continue to develop our business, we may sell, buy, merge or partner with other companies or businesses, or sell some or all of our assets. In such contemplated or actual transactions or where there is any change of control of Recommend.my, User information may be among the shared and/or transferred assets.
   (vii) App Store Providers. We may provide your identity and mobile device identifier to third-party app store providers (for example, the Apple App Store) to allow you to download our mobile apps.
   (viii) Academics and Research. We may provide information about Users to third-parties for academic and research purposes, in anonymized or aggregated form.
   
   Please be advised that some information you provide and/or that we collect will be publicly accessible. For instance, registration for an account requires that you provide us with your name. If you register through Facebook, the Platform will use the name associated with your Facebook account. Your name (full name, or in some instances, your first name and last initial) may be visible to other Users. Depending on the circumstances, your name may be attached to your Content or information, such as scheduling of Services, service requests, reviews, participating in discussions or forums, messaging, and profile information. Certain other people, including other Users with whom you have interacted via the Platform, will see information about you that is attached to your name. For example (but without limitation), if you are a Consumer seeking Services, the description you provide of your desired services, along with your name, will be shown to some Service Professionals registered in the relevant category along with your name. Thus, other Users may be able to personally identify you based on Content you provide. Similarly, the information we collect, including but not limited to when you last accessed the Platform, may be shared with other Users with whom you are interacting or otherwise made public.
   
   We invite you to post Content on or through our Platform, including, but not limited to, your comments, pictures, Service Provider profile, and any other information. However, please be careful and responsible whenever you are online. If you choose to post Content on or through the Platform, such as through User-to-User messaging or through our review boards, forums, blogs, or other postings, that information: (a) may be or may become publicly available; (b) may be collected and used by third-parties with or without our knowledge; and (c) may be used in a manner that may violate this Policy, the law, or your personal privacy.
   
   

8. HOW DOES MYREHOM PROTECT AND RETAIN CUSTOMER INFORMATION?
   
   8.1 We implement a variety of security measures and strive to ensure the security of your data/content on our systems. User data/content is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of employees who have special access rights to such systems. However, there can inevitably be no guarantee of absolute security.
   
   

9. LINKS TO EXTERNAL PLATFORMS
   
   9.1 The Platform may contain links to other websites or resources over which MYREHOM does not have any control. Such links do not constitute an endorsement by MYREHOM of those external websites. You acknowledge that we are providing these links to you only as a convenience, and further agree that we are not responsible for the content of such external websites or the protection and privacy of information you provide while visiting such external websites.
   
   

10. UPDATING, DELETING, AND CORRECTING YOUR INFORMATION
    
    10.1 You may review, correct, and delete certain information about you by logging in to the Platform and navigating to your preferences page in Profile. You must promptly update your account information if it changes or is inaccurate. Upon your request, we will delete your account and remove your profile information from view as soon as reasonably possible. You may also use our online account deletion form to request for this deletion.
    
    10.2 We may retain information from closed accounts in order to comply with the law, prevent fraud, collect any fees owed, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations of any User, enforce our Terms of Use, and/or for any other purposes otherwise permitted by law that we deem necessary in our sole discretion. You should understand, however, that once you transmit User Content through the Platform, you may not be able to change or remove it. Once we have deactivated or removed your account, you agree that Recommend.my will not be responsible to you for retaining information related to your account.
