When you use the platform provided by MYREHOM SDN. BHD. (Company Registration No: 202301007051 (1500972-V)) (“MYREHOM” “We” or “Us” or “Our”), you are agreeing to our terms.
MYREHOM is an online platform that helps connect customers who are looking for services (“Customers”), to service provider that are listed on our system (“Service Providers”) (collectively “you”, “Users” or “Parties”). The actual contract is directly between the Customers and the Service Providers and MYREHOM is not a party to that or any other contract between Customers and the Service Providers and accepts no obligations in connection with any such contract. Parties to such transaction will be entirely responsible for the contract between them, the listing of goods/services, warranty of purchase/services. MYREHOM is not involved in the transaction between Users. MYREHOM does not have any obligation to ensure and/or compel the Users to complete and/or adhere to their contractual obligations agreed between the parties.
MYREHOM may or may not pre-screen Users or the content or information provided by Users. MYREHOM reserves the right to remove any content or information posted by you on the Site. You agree that you must evaluate, and bear all risks associated with, the use of any Content, including, without limitation, any reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of such Content.
MYREHOM provides an online platform that help Customers make more informed choices when choosing a Service Providers and help Service Providers to reach our more targeted customers.
MYREHOM also allows Customers to submit a request for a service and either receive a few introductions from Service Providers who are interested to perform the service or get a dedicated Service Provider listed on the Site.
The Customers and Service Providers can then discuss and negotiate via the platform and/or any other mode of communication agreed between the Parties. It is important to note that in agreeing to pay a certain price for a defined scope of service, the customer is entering into an agreement with the Service Providers directly. MYREHOM provides an advertising and marketing platform for the Service Providers, and is NOT INVOLVED in the fulfilment of the agreement or performing the service.
When you register with MYREHOM and start using the Site, whether there is any payment being made to us, you agree that you are entering into a legally binding agreement with MYREHOM.
MYREHOM reserves the right to refuse to provide you access to the Site or to allow you to open an Account for any reason.
BY ACCESSING OR OPENING AN ACCOUNT OR USING THIS SITE, YOU:-
YOU IRREVOCABLY ACCEPT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND AND COMPLY WITH THESE TERMS OF USE INCLUDING THOSE ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND POLICIES REFERENCED HEREIN AND/OR LINKED HERETO;

You still own the content you submit, and may request its deletion at any time. But, by displaying and/or publishing any Content on or through this Site, you hereby grant MYREHOM a non-exclusive, fully paid and royalty-free, worldwide, limited license to use, modify, delete from, add to, publicly display, reproduce, and translate such Content, including without limitation distributing part or all the Site in any media formats through any media channels.
When you share your published Content on any third-party Site or application, you will be subject to their privacy policies, terms and data sharing rights. Your shared published Content will be subject to your own privacy and sharing settings on these third-party websites.
We will not share personal information with third parties outside of this Site without your explicit permission. An exception is for Service Providers that sign up with us through our partners – our partners reserve the right to keep a copy of information provided to MYREHOM under the relationship hereby created between the parties.
When the Customers submitted request for quotation on services, the selected Service Providers marked with ‘Verified Profile’ will be able to see the Customers’ contact details to contact the Customers directly for matter related to quotation on services only.
In the event that the Service Providers contact the Customers for with matters not relevant to the quotation on services, the Customers may lodge a complaint against the Services Providers at myrehom@hotmail.com and provide MYREHOM the relevant evidence to support your complaint. MYREHOM will respond to your complaint as soon as practicable.
We may disclose your personal data as required by law to detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security, or technical issues.
We reserve the right to monitor your use of the Site to provide guidance and assistance in the use of the Site, and to monitor your conformance with these Terms of Use. You acknowledge and hereby consent to such monitoring.
We will not be liable for any loss or damages arising from using the services of MYREHOM. Nor will we be responsible for any misuse or misappropriation of the content you submit to MYREHOM by other parties including but not limited to the Service Providers.
MYREHOM shall have the right in its absolute discretion at any time and without notice or consent to amend, remove or vary any page of this Site and/or the Terms and Conditions (including the Privacy Policy, any other MYREHOM policies linked to herein) or any part thereof.
By using this Site, you agree not to:-
(a) upload, post, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, alarming, distressing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;
(b) violate any laws, including without limitation any laws and regulation in relation to export and import restrictions, third party rights;
(c) use the Site or upload Content in a manner that is fraudulent, unconscionable, false, misleading or deceptive;

(e) upload, email, post, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that you do not have a right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements);
(f) upload, email, post, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party;
(g) upload, email, post, transmit or otherwise make available any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising, promotional materials, “junk mail”, “spam”, “chain letters”, “pyramid schemes”, or any other unauthorised form of solicitation;
(h) interfere with, manipulate or disrupt the Site or servers or networks connected to the Services or any other User’s use and enjoyment of the Site, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Site;
(i) take any action or engage in any conduct that could directly or indirectly damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site or the servers or networks connected to the Site;
(j) use the Site to intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law, rule, code, directive, guideline, policy or regulation including, without limitation, laws and requirements (whether or not having the force of law) relating to anti-money laundering or counter-terrorism;
(k) use the Site to violate the privacy of others or to “stalk” or otherwise harass another;
(l) use the Site to collect or store personal data about other Users in connection with the prohibited conduct and activities set forth above; and/or
(m) list items which infringe upon the copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights of third parties or use the Site in a manner which will infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
The intellectual property rights in all software and content made available to you on or through this Site remains the property of MYREHOM or its related parties and are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved by MYREHOM. You may store, print, and display the content supplied solely for your own personal use, but are not permitted to publish, manipulate, distribute, or otherwise reproduce, in any format, any of the content or copies of the content supplied to you or which appears on this Site nor may you use any such content in connection with any business or commercial enterprise.
The material and Content displayed on this Site is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy. Unless expressly stated to the contrary to the fullest extent permitted by law MYREHOM, third-party vendors, content providers and advertisers hereby expressly exclude all conditions, warranties and other terms which might otherwise be implied by statute, common law or the law of equity and shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever, including but without limitation to any direct, indirect, special, consequential, punitive or incidental damages, or damages for loss of use, profits, data or other intangibles, damage to goodwill or reputation, or the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services, arising out of or related to the use, inability to use, performance or failures of this Site and any materials posted thereon, irrespective of whether such damages were foreseeable or arise in contract, tort, equity, restitution, by statute, at common law or otherwise.
When Service Providers sign-up on the Site, and they are required to provide basic information such as phone number, email, address, SSM registration number, portfolio of work, etc. The responsibility is on the Service Providers to ensure that the information provided is accurate.
In the case of Service Providers accepted into our Verified Profile program, MYREHOM will obtain the Services Providers’ corporate or business profile and relevant details from Credit Reporting Agency (CRA) and to our best endeavour verify the authenticity of the information provided by the Service Providers. MYREHOM reserves the right to suspend the Verified Profile status and benefits.
Customers who receive quotation from the Service Providers are responsible to review all the information available and make the appropriate hiring choice. In the unlikely situation that there is an official complaint sent in to us, MYREHOM takes these seriously and will endeavour to facilitate a resolution between the Customers and Service Providers. If this issue remains unresolved, MYREHOM reserves the right to suspend the Service Provider’s account and/or to seek relevant indemnity, if any.
The Service Providers is solely and fully responsible for performing the services agreed by you and the Service Providers (“Services”), and he is liable for all damages or losses arising out of the goods or services provided.
MYREHOM shall not be held liable for any misconduct, fraud, breach of contract or lawsuits between any Service Providers and their customers and the Service Providers agree to indemnify and hold MYREHOM harmless from any and all claims, causes of action, damages and judgments arising out of or relating to (a) any intellectual property infringement claim, complaint, or violation relating to any Content or product listings, and/or (b) any removal of such Content or product listings pursuant to or in relation to any intellectual property infringement claim, complaint, or violation.
To the extent permitted by law, in situations where our liability cannot be excluded by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for any services rendered by MYREHOM.
You agree to waive and release us and our holding company(ies), subsidiaries, associated companies or organisations (whether incorporated or not), affiliates partners, officers, directors, staff members, shareholders and agents from any liabilities arising from or related to any act or omission by a Service Providers in the provision of any Services, including a Service Providers’ failure to comply with applicable law and/or failure to abide by the agreed terms of any Services, and/or any action or inaction by the Service Providers and/or any indirect, special, punitive, consequential, or incidental damages, whether based on a claim or action of contract, warranty, negligence, strict liability, or other tort, breach of any statutory duty, indemnity or contribution, or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we assume no liability or responsibility for any errors, mistakes, inaccuracies of content, personal injury or property damage resulting from your use of the service, any unauthorized access or use of our servers and any / all of the information stored herein, interruption or cessation of the Site, errors or omissions in any content, loss or damage as a result of the use of any of the content posted or made available through MYREHOM.
MYREHOM charges Users when they upgrade their accounts to include additional services. All payments must be conducted either through online transfer from a valid bank account, or a credit or debit card, or cheque. MYREHOM retains the right to refuse any request or transaction made by the Users, to our discretion.
Failure to pay may result in the termination of your service. Depending on where you transact with us, the type of payment method used and where your payment method was issued, your transaction with us may be subject to foreign exchange fees or differences in prices, including because of exchange rates. If the payment method you use with us, such as a credit card, reaches its expiration date and you do not edit your payment method information or downgrade your account, you authorise us to continue billing that payment method and you remain responsible for any uncollected amounts.
You must be at least 18 years of age to transact with MYREHOM.
By submitting Content for inclusion on the Site, you represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and/or permissions to use, copy, distribute, republish, transmit, modify, adapt, create derivative works of, publicly display, and publicly perform such Content contribution.
You further acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for anything you post or otherwise make available on or through the Site, including, without limitation, the accuracy, reliability, nature, rights clearance, compliance with law and legal restrictions associated with any Content contribution.

We are entitled (but not obligated) to remove any images found to be or potentially in breach of third party trade marks and/or intellectual property rights.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless MYREHOM, its directors, officers, employees, consultants, agents, and affiliates, from any and all third party claims, liability, damages and/or costs (including, but not limited to, legal fees) arising from your use this Site or your breach of the Terms of Use or your actions in causing any damage or loss to the Customer and/or Service Providers, whichever is applicable.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any Customer or Service Providers based on our sole discretion.
If you breach these conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these conditions.
If any provision of these Terms of Use shall be deemed unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable under the law of any jurisdiction, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these terms and conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions in such jurisdiction nor the validity and enforceability of the provision in question under the law of any other jurisdiction.
These terms and conditions are to be construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia and in the event of any dispute or claim associated with these terms and conditions, that dispute or claim shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
MYREHOM reserves the right to amend, or change any of the terms in this contract without prior notice to any party.
MYREHOM reserves all rights not expressly granted herein.
MYREHOM may modify these Terms of Use at any time by posting the revised Terms of Use on this Site. Your continued use of this Site and/or receipt of any Services (including, for the avoidance of doubt, the continued provision of an Account to you by MYREHOM) after such changes have been posted shall constitute your acceptance of such revised Terms of Use.
You agree to comply with all applicable laws, statutes, regulations and codes relating to anti-bribery and corruption including without limitation the UK Bribery Act, the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, the Singapore Prevention of Corruption Act and the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission Act and confirm that you have and shall have in place all policies and procedures needed to ensure compliance with such requirements.

If the payment method you use with us, such as a credit card, reaches its expiration date and you do not edit your payment method information or downgrade your account, you authorise us to continue billing that payment method and you remain responsible for any uncollected amounts.

These terms and conditions are to be construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia and in the event of any dispute or claim associated with these terms and conditions, that dispute or claim shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
MYREHOM reserves the right to amend, or change any of the terms in this contract without prior notice to any party.
